Too many piles (of business cards!)?

 

Keeping in touch with clients, both old, current and hopefully new, is essential.  The business cards they give us contain all the information we need to be able to do just that, but wouldn't it be so much better if rather than having to sort through that pile of cards (you have been promising yourself you will enter onto the computer) you could just click on the contact stored safely on your computer or phone? 

In an ideal world, we would all come home from our business meetings and networking events, and enter all the business cards straight onto the computer - in an ideal world - in reality we put the new cards on the top of the pile of ones from last week/month/year, and promise ourselves that 'one day' we will get them sorted.  If all this sounds a little too familiar, then read on we have something that just might interest you............!
 
We can transform your pile of dusty cards into shiny new contacts which you can upload to Outlook, onto your PDA, into ACT!, Lotus Notes or Goldmine. 
Just let us have your cards, and we will scan them, and zip them back to you by email in no time at all.  So whether your cards are in a drawer, piled next to the computer or in an old ice cream tub, get them to us and we will soon have you sorted.
How much to get organised?
 
We will charge you just £25 per 75 cards we scan - as a rough guide, an average pile of 75 cards measures approximately 3cm high. 

What's more, once we have scanned your cards, you will be eligible to join our Pile Buster Subscription Service so you will never have to suffer from annoying piles (of business cards) again.
